Metal Detecting Sports field Hunt

This hunt takes place at a sports field where there are multiple fields. It was recently done over by the parks department over last winter and up till last month so it was closed to the public for that time. They redid the baseball and football fields but left the football field I was hunting undone. The ground was extremely compacted and hard. I had an hour and a half in video and if you notice the end shot by my truck has the black bars on the sides of the video. I had to go to my second camera because of so many targets. Battery ran out on the Zi-8 and so did the memory card… With the constricted ten minute time on youtube thought about showing beginning signal shots and end macro shots of each coin but opted to show semi full digs (as the digger started and finished the dig on a few of the better coins. Can’t see wasting precious minutes showing Memorials. Oldest coin was a 1967 Roosevelt dime and I know there should be Silver there, just didn’t get it today.

Please tell me what this asian inscription means?

My dad found this small asian bowl while metal detecting today. It’s brass, and was found in old soil about a foot underground. We aren’t sure how old it is, only that it possibly was used to burn Opium or incense.

Metal Detecting & Fishing With The Family

Metal Detecting & Fishing With The Family – www.metaldetectorX.com – Metal Detecting, Fishing and Guns (Public Open Carry Day For Dad) – Today I am sporting the Springfield XD40, 13 rounds (one in the chamber) & 12 rounds on the belt. Springfield XD9 on the wife. (16 rounds) Today was our first public open carry, metal detecting and fishing outing. Think people are afraid or intimidated by people with guns? Think again. At least a dozen people flocked to talk to us, stood by our side, let their kids talk to us etc. It was almost surreal, as not one person asked us about our guns. There were three grandmas, a few different couples and at least a half dozen kids. With the entire beach empty, they all flocked to come sit down next to us. All of them from the city. Today was free state park fishing and permit day. Anyone could fish without a license or park permit. I caught a glance of another metal detector user in action on the main beach. That was our original destination, but, I didn’t want to bust on the guy’s groove. Note No, I don’t need a sand scoop or other beach hunting tools, so please save your advice for someone who does that sort of thing. I hit the beach less than half dozen times a year. I’m content with my operation in all environments. I don’t think a sand scoop would work on a freshwater beach like this one anyway. – neswiper www.metaldetectorx.com I wonder what the Button with an “M” on it is. I also wonder if that fish with the teeth was a young Northern

How do you get cell phones through scanners?

You know the scanners you walk through that beep if it detects metal or something like that.
We have them at school and I need my cell phone during the day, not to text friends but for important stuff.

S Dye-penetrant testing, detecting cracks in metals, non-destructive test material/DP test?
I would request to be known what is non-destructive test material, it is also called DP test. Is Dye penetrant testing the non destructive test material and why is it called non destructive test material? Are there any alternatives to the dye penetrant testing? What is the advantages of dye penetrant testing over other testing for detecting cracks in metals? Is the production of dye penetrant material a profitable business. Kindly also let me know how many kinds of these dye testing material are there? Kindly aslo guide me through the phases of dyes testing. Kindly guide me as I want to puchase a plant producing this dye penetrant testing material. Thanks.
