My first hunt with the 8×6 SEF Butterfly Coil and my first hunt of 2010. Many of you used to know me as Gibsondan. I apologize for any confusion. I am starting anew on Youtube as ohiocoinhunter. I re-posted this video because it was my first hunt of the year. Happy Hunting!
Hi Folks! Welcome to the third edition of “Metal Detecting in Bama”. Met up with Eddie G. and Don W. hunting the same woods where I’ve found some silver and wheats the past three weekends. Don found two mercs right of the bat, then Eddie came across two mercs and a rosie. We all hunted most of the day, then they had to leave an hour or so before dark. I hunted the remainder of the day and just as I was walking to my truck to leave, I got lucky and dug a rosie a few inches deep. All of us ended up finding silver for the day along with some wheats and some relics. A total of 6 silvers were dug. Thanks Eddie and Don for the great hunt. Looking forward to detecting with you guys again soon. A special thanks to all my subscribers and the folks who made some nice comments and ratings on my detecting videos!! Hope you all have a great week and HH! See you in the next Episode! HH….James in Alabama
I was hunting very close to the site of fuze #2 and came across this small area loaded with fired brass. it was little weird seeing multi-calibre cartridges in such proximity, maybe it was someone’s favorite shooting spot…..
